Your data belongs to you
Your numbers are yours. Reports and underlying figures can be exported on demand — you’re never locked in.
Disconnect a store or erase your organization and we remove your data — a one-click org-erasure path exists in the product.
Merchant and customer data is used only to run your analytics. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
How we make money
We make money from subscriptions — a simple monthly or annual fee for the product, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required to start.
We do not sell merchant or customer data. We don’t take a cut of your revenue, we don’t monetize your shoppers, and we have no incentive that conflicts with yours. Our business model is aligned with one thing: showing you numbers you can trust so you keep subscribing.

Support and the entire product are available in Arabic and English, with SAR throughout. We speak your merchants’ language.

Certifications & compliance
We’re transparent about where we are, not just where we’d like to be:
- PDPL-aware by design — built around Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law: tokens encrypted, customer PII hashed and shown anonymously.
- Salla & Zid partner integrations — built against the official OAuth and webhook specifications of both platforms.
- Two-factor authentication — in progress (tracked on the roadmap). We list this honestly as planned, not shipped.
- Formal SOC 2 / ISO — future . Not yet certified; our controls are being built to make that path straightforward.
A note from the founder
I built Vertex because I watched merchants celebrate a “profitable” campaign that was quietly losing money once you subtracted cost of goods, shipping, VAT, and failed cash-on-delivery orders. Revenue dashboards were everywhere; honest profit numbers were not.
So our principles are simple. Show the real number, even when it’s uncomfortable. Treat your data as yours — exportable, deletable, never sold. Be the kind of company a serious merchant can stake their decisions on: contactable, transparent about incidents, and still here in five years.
