Connect your Salla or Zid store

How to connect

1Go to Settings → Integrations.
2Choose Salla or Zid and approve the authorization screen.
3Back in Vertex, your store appears with its sync status.

What syncs

Historical orders are backfilled after connecting, and new orders arrive via webhooks within seconds. Vertex asks for read-only order access — it never writes to your store.

Customer phone and email are stored hashed (SHA-256) and customers are shown anonymously — privacy by design.
