By accessing or using Vertex (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vertex is an analytics and attribution platform for MENA e-commerce merchants. The Service integrates with Salla, Zid, and advertising platforms to provide revenue tracking, profit analysis, and ad attribution.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Service's operation. Scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the Service without authorization is prohibited.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Analytics data is provided for informational purposes and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.
