Your data is stored in secure cloud databases. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Customer phone numbers and emails are hashed before storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Salla, Zid, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads to provide analytics. Each integration is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy. We only access data necessary to provide the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@vertex.sa.

6. Your Rights
