The roles

  1. 1Owner — full control, including roles and billing.
  2. 2Admin — manage settings, integrations and team (except roles).
  3. 3Member — day-to-day work: alerts, costs, reports.
  4. 4Viewer — read-only; can see everything, change nothing.

Inviting someone

  1. 1Settings → Team → Invite a member.
  2. 2Enter their email and role — they get an email with a join link (valid 7 days).
